He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Otto and Elizabeth Otto (Hubert); his wife Donna Falk; his son Timothy; and his siblings, Marie Lorentz, Betty Rother, Dick, Nick, John, Harold, Ray, Bill, Leo and George.
He is survived by: his children, Gery (Debbie) of Hastings, James (Sara) of Cannon Falls, Susan O'Gorman (Joe) of Cannon Falls, Richard (Terry) of Hampton and Randal (Tammy) of Hastings; and his brother Joe Otto. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to donor's choice in memory of Jim.
