He is survived by: his wife Nancy Garrison; his children, Kent Mills (Debbie) of Lake City, Sheli Mills (Bill), Alyssia Hokanson (Troy) of Goodhue and Tatia Nelson (Phil) of Hastings; his grandchildren, Abby Pahl (Jordon), Libby Drehmel (Kyle), Maggie Mills, Teauna, Gavin and Kyler Hokanson; and his brother Jim Mills (Evie) of Hastings. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
