He was predeceased by: his parents, Axel Rapp and Olga Rapp (Nordquist); his wife Clarise; his great grandchild Samuel Krogseng; his siblings, Henry, Conrad, Arnold, Raymond, Marvin, Virgil, LeRoy, Clara (Raymond Samuelson), Rosella (Virgil Holm), Doris (Eldridge Banks) and Lucille (Milton Callstrom); his siblings-in-law, Darrell, Ronald, Donald, Merlin, Lloyd Larson, Carol (Paul Fox) and Darlene Hines; and his parents-in-law, Florence and Thomas Larson.
He is survived by: his children, Sandra (James Jesse), David Rapp (Bonnie), Sheri (Greg Johnson), Julie (Mike Regenscheid), Dan Rapp and Mike Rapp (Bonnie); and his siblings-in-law, Doris Rapp (Virgil), Katherine Miller, Jean Larson, Sharon Johnson, Gordon Larson and Richard Larson. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, and 3+ great-great grandchildren.
