She is survived by: her children, Jim Bushek, Mary Lou Crook (Don) and Ken Bushek (Mary); her grandchildren, Aimee Radman (Bill), Dan Crook (Teri), Robert Bushek (Beth) and Ellyn Swanson; her great grandchildren, Danyelle, Will Radman, Zachary, Samantha Crook, Ava, Ben Swanson and Nolan Bushek; and her sister-in-law Marilyn Marx.
