He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Lind and Shirley Lind (Holbrook); and his siblings-in-law, Judy Plasky and Steve Monrean. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Monrean; his sons, Kevin Lind (Tracy) and Dani Jr. Lind (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Justyn (Esme), Carli (Zach), Kailynn (Jesse), Carson, Treyton, Elleana and Tysen; his great grandchildren, Avery, Frida and Savannah; his siblings, Robert Lind (Valerie) and Donna Boyum; and his brothers-in-law, Dennis Monrean (Shellie) and Randy Monrean (Carole). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
