She was predeceased by: her parents, Ole Vold and Marian Vold (Gunderson); her husband Don; her daughter Kelly; her siblings, Joel, Melvin Vold, Katherine Roth and Diane Murphy; and her siblings-in-law, Leonard Sholing and Doris Froyum.
She is survived by: her children, Deb Gesme (Steve) of Cannon Falls, Tammy Jendrysik (John) of Saint Charles, IL, David Sholing of Cannon Falls, Vicki Sholing of Cannon Falls and Julie Staples (Corey) of Maple Grove; her grandchildren, Michael Gesme (Laura), Rebecca Gesme, Vivienne Jendrysik, Erica Castrellon (Jared), Daniel Sholing and Lindy Staples; her great grandchildren, Isla, Benjamin Gesme, Morgan and Nico Castrellon; her sisters, Joann Salefske of Ohio, Karen Johnson of Red Wing and Sonja Landon (Mike) of Cannon Falls; and her siblings-in-law, Janet Vold of Cannon Falls, Donna Vold of Milwaukee, WI, Terri Vold of Red Wing, Bonnie Jenson (Ken) of Pine Island, Mary Jo Weyand (Scott) of Siren, WI and Bernie Sholing (Laurel) of Las Vegas, NV. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials are preferred in memory of Christine to donor's choice.
