He is survived by: his mother Lorrie Underdahl (Quam); his siblings, Todd (Lori), Barry (Pam) and Beth Bailey (Rick); his nieces and nephews, Brandon, Brittney, Casey, Marissa, Tanner and Ryan; his girlfriend Heather Robinson; and his aunts and uncles, Roger Underdahl, Annie Quam, Carol Heuer (Leroy), Linda Myers (Jim) and Robert Quam. He is also survived by cousins and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the family.
