With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Arlene Benson (Cannon Falls, Minnesota), born in Goodhue, Minnesota, who passed away on February 26, 2020 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Duden and Emma Duden; her husband Ted Benson; her sister Lorraine Huppert (Alex); her brother-in-law Tom Songlia; and her nephew Brett Duden.
She is survived by: her children, Pat Benson (Rose), Tim Benson (Diane) and Alan Benson (Terri); her grandchildren, Cassie Navarro (Mike), Lucas Benson, Katie Gesme (Jesse), Ginny Benson (Blake), Matt Benson (Korie) and Holly Benson; her stepgrandchildren, Stacy Lance (John), Kevin Mehrkens, Jonathan Mehrkens and Lincoln Mehrkens (Anna); her great grandchildren, Edward and Jonah Navarro; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Tanner Thuman and Weston Possehl; and her siblings, Duane Duden (Jackie) and Marion Songlia. She is also survived by several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; as well as nieces and nephews.
