He is survived by: his wife Connie (Christians Van Dam); his sons, Derrick (Kari) of Plymouth and Nathan (Jessica) of Canby; his stepchildren, Scott Van Dam (Shyrlee) of Fargo, ND, Tammy Fimrite (Jereme) of Sartell and Michelle Holder (Dan) of West Fargo; and his sisters, Kathie Dulitz (Mike) of Woodbury, MN and Stefani Tobin-Hacker (Tim) of Shorewood, MN.. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; one honorary grandson.
