He was predeceased by: his sons, Ron and Robert Kack; and his siblings, Bernice, Alvin, Celine, Irene, Urban, Roger and LeRoy.
He is survived by: his wife Alice VanDerostyne; his children, Diane Warholm (Dale) of Burnsville, MN, Paulette Guiliano (John) of Surprise, AZ, Randy Kack (Dori), Lois Fales (Lowell) and Glen Kack; and his siblings, Rita Streff (Gene), Aggie Kloos (Ray) and Joyce Beckermann (Joe). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
