She was predeceased by: her father James Nichter; her brothers, Walle Nichter and Michael Nichter; her daughter Annie Heikkila; and her grandson Micha Kirsch.
She is survived by: her mother Margery Nichter (Siferd); her husband Steven Vick of Saviour's Lutheran Church; her children, Amy Kirsch and Nicholas Nichter; and her stepson Joshua Vick. She is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
