He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Hoffman (Bauler) and Virgil Hoffman; his sister Mary; his parents-in-law, Ann Polfliet and Cyril Polfliet; and his siblings-in-law, Joseph Polfliet and Kathy Gawerecki.
He is survived by: his wife Pauline Mary Polfliet; and his children, Tammy Lozenski (David), Timothy Hoffman (Sherri), Tracey Beeck (Kurt), Toinette Brueggeman (Jared), Troy Hoffman (Patricia) and Trisha Hoffman. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; his seven siblings and many nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members and friends.
