She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Miller and Regina Miller (Bueltel); her husband Millard Hayek; her daughter Sharon; her granddaughters, Jana Gulbrandson and Nicole Hayek; and her siblings, Grace Novak, Robert Miller and Roman Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Brennan Hayek (Mary), Debra Winkels (Bob), Victoria Jelen (Jerry), Gwendolyn Pederson (Wayne) and Jane Simonton (Kevin); and her son-in-law Mark Gulbrandson. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and twenty-three great grandchildren.
