He was predeceased by: his parents, Clemens Schoberg and Edna Schoberg (Otto); his sister Shirley Mae; his in-laws, E. Russell and Annetta Hanson; his grandson Devin Sayre; and his siblings-in-law, Stan Hanson and LaVonne Kewatt.
He is survived by: his wife Barb; his children, Scott Schoberg (Angie) and Traci Sayre (Jim Jaenisch); his grandchildren, Sharayah Isaacson (Cody), Caleb Schoberg, Josh Schoberg (Carla), Heath Sayre and Tyler Sayre (Abby Theisen); his great grandchildren, Junia and Willow Isaacson; his siblings-in-law, Barb Ann Hanson and Jerry Kewatt; and his friends, Jim and Carol Young.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A prayer was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Houseman Funeral Home-Birk Chapel (111 5th St E, Canby, MN 56220). A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Antelope Hills Christian Church (2220 190th St, Canby, MN 56220).
