She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Cummings and Mathilda Cummings (Nyhus); her husband Duane; and her siblings, Edyth Forseth, Claude and Lloyd Cummings.
She is survived by: her daughter Deborah Hoyme (Curtis).
