She is survived by: her children, Trisha and Patrick (Jill); her grandchildren, Kallie Jo, Jenecie and Kellen; her mother Vivian; her siblings, Tim and Bonnie Johnson (Mitch); and her nephews, Bart, Trevor (Jessica) and Sean (Brittney). She is also survived by many other relatives & friends.

COVID protocols strictly enforced.
