He is survived by: his daughters, Anna and Erin Cell of Cottage Grove, MN; and his brothers, Craig Cell of Akron, OH, Brad Cell (Sue) of Richfield, MN and Gary Cell (Penny) of Blaine, MN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
