He is survived by: his wife Gladi; his children, Kim Cotton, Dale Quance (Missy), Eric Kok (Stefani) and Desiree Bunker (Ryan); his stepchildren, Maralee Knoll, Nathan Knoll, Kari Knoll and Kelli Schmeling; and his brother Dick. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.
