He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Victor Baxter and Hazel Baxter (Patten); his wife Joyce; his brother Robert; his children, Rick Baxter of Jacksonville, FL, Cheryl Rogers (Dave) of Cambridge, Terry Baxter (Debby) of Garner, IA, Connie Knutson (Terry) of Circle Pines, Julie Wagner (Bill) of Lakeville, Melissa Woosley (Dave) of Hastings and Matt Shaw (Meredith) of Big Lake; and his pet Trixie Joy. He was also cherished by 15 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren.
Social distancing and COVID precautions will be honored. All attendees are required to wear a mask.
