He is survived by: his parents, Amanda and Robert Enger (Tiffani Root); his siblings, Amber Bolz and Anthony Bolz; his stepsiblings, Alex, Cameron Root and Olivia Root; and his grandparents, Steve, Sherri Enger and Carolyn Lemke. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
