She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Porter and Thelma Porter (Kesler); her husbands, Charles Countryman and Jerry Thompson; and her brother Ronald Porter.
She is survived by: her children, Bruce Countryman (Marcy) of Iowa, Vicki Larson (Dave) of Cambridge, Cindy Hanson (Rick) of Iowa, Jill Countryman (Bill Nowaskey) of Illinois and Cathy Jo Herra (Juan) of Texas; her brother Dennis Porter (Rolaine) of Red Wing; and her sister-in-law Karen Porter of Iowa. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren.
