She was predeceased by: her husband Victor; her parents, Matilda Ostrum (Jordan) and Gunnar Ostrum; her stepmother Florence Ostrum; her sister Marianne; and her siblings-in-law, Walter Brueggemann, Frank and Dolores Schreier.
She is survived by: her daughter Kathleen Skiba (David); her grandchildren, Michael (Sally), Christopher (Melissa), Kari Stanek (Joseph) and Patrick (Jennifer); her great grandchildren, Bryce, Nathan, Mikayla, Meghan, Caleb, Victoria, Sykora, Cyana, Zynita, Peter, Abigail, Andrew, Matthew and Sarah; and her sisters, Carol Fager (Darrell) and Darlene Claugherty (Dennis).
