She was predeceased by: her sons, Benjamin, Michael and Neil; her former husband David Tuttle; and her husband Robert Bothun.

She is survived by: her sister Jewell (Jim Christiansen); and her daughters, Linda (Barre Lee), Kim Goodin and Jennifer (Mike Tuttle-Preble). She is also survived by several grandchildren and great granchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made her name to the Jimmy Swaggart Ministeries.
