He is survived by: his wife Darla; his children, Jolyn and Jaxten; his father Joel Matteson Sr. (Shareen); and his siblings, Ronald Matteson (Julie), Andrew Matteson, Nicholas Matteson (Heather) and Christina Jenkins (Louis). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
