She is survived by: her parents, Jeffrey Rootes and Jennifer Rootes (Jacobs); her husband Edward Moore; her children, Vanessa Thunstrom (Simon) of Isanti, Tony Meyer (Amanda) of St. Michael and Travis Meyer of Cambridge; her grandchildren, Olivia, Courtney, Hailey, Charlotte and Owen; her brothers, Jason Rootes (Vicki) of Montrose and Justin Rootes (Molly) of Shakopee; and her grandmother Geri Rootes of Elk River.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Carlson-Lillemoen Funeral Home (311 Ashland St S, Cambridge, MN 55008).
