He was predeceased by: his parents, Leif Erickson and Delores Erickson (Lindell); his brother Curtis Erickson; his stepdaughter Beth Erickson-Eddy; and his brother-in-law Art Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, Brian Erickson (Jodi Knudson) of Pine City, Nancy Erickson (Tyler Ringquist) of Texas, Christine Lund of North Branch and Bradley Erickson of Stacy; his siblings, Nancy Evers (Ken) of Cambridge, Sheila Johnson (Duane Doughty), Lois Bazey (Joel) of Isanti, Candace Tuntland (Troy), Richard Erickson, Blair Erickson (Annemarie) of Minnetonka, Lisa Erickson and Lori Erickson of Oakdale; and his sister-in-law Mary Erickson of North Branch. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
