He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Patrick Rice and Lee Marie Peters. He is survived by: his children, Kiarra and Kadence Rice; his grandchildren, Ivy Rice and Willow Doty; his siblings, Tomarra Dzuris (Steve), Anna Rice, Stacey Rice, Annie Lynn Peters and Jordan Eugene Peters; and his stepparents, Gene Peters and Gayle Rice. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
