It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jay Jorgenson (Cambridge, Minnesota), born in Saint Francis, Minnesota, who passed away on April 26, 2018, at the age of 38, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Earl Parrish, Kenneth Jorgenson and Mary Lou Jones; his nephew Tyler Lachney; and his uncles, Nick Jorgenson, Chuck Jorgenson and Tracy Jorgenson.

He is survived by: his daughters, Rylee and Reese; his parents, Elizabeth Parrish and Bradlee Jorgenson; his sisters, Jamie Jorgenson (Chuck Mistelske) and Jena Jorgenson; his grandmother Shirlyann Parrish; and his nieces and nephews, Tyren, Chaysen, Masin, Ethan, Kirsten and Jaxson. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
