He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Joseph Person and Marilyn "Molly" Person (Heckathorne); and his siblings, Alan, David and Jane.
He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Jessica Freitag (James), Heather Person of Cambridge, MN, Samson Person (Aracely) of Mounds View, MN and Chelsey Peterson of Cambridge, MN; his grandchildren, Timothy Person (Haley), Gavin Person, Dwayne Peterson, Juno Freitag, Tiana Peterson and Amar'e Peterson; his great grandchild Luci Person; his siblings, Susan Mitzel (Richard) of Bowdle, SD, Francine Buechler (Max) of Bowdle, SD and Rusty Person (Sherre) of Aberdeen, SD; and his close friends, Tim Dewald and Doug Howard. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Strike Life Tributes (720 1st Ave E, Cambridge, MN 55008). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
