As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though James may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace and Irene Street; and his friend Howard Ammerman. He is survived by: his wife Patti; his children, Christina Zaccardi (Thomas) and Andrew Swanson; his grandchildren, Auston, Addyson Zaccardi and Izayah Swanson; and his siblings, Dave (Linda), Paula Anderson and Diane Banks (Chuck).
