He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Ham and Ida Ham (Hewitt); and his siblings, Ethel Easterby and Albert. He is survived by: his wife LaVonne Kurtz; his siblings, Janice Berreth (Joe), LeRoy Ham and Kenneth Ham (Billie); his children, Robin Ham, Melonee Ham, Todd Ham (June), Michelle Ginter (Dennis) and Jason Ham; his grandchildren, Stephanie Ham, Joshua Ham (Kelsy), Amy Ham (Matt Lindley), Jeremy Ham, Megan Ginter (Boyd Flanagan), Mitchel Ginter and Justin Michelson; his great grandchildren, Keegan Ginter (Capri Schmidt), Jordan Wyszynski, Kyler Wyszynski, Sean Michelson and Avery Lindley; and his great great grandchild Aliyah Ginter. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests memorials to North Isanti Baptist church in honor of Glen's memory.
