He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Rotty and Frances Rotty (Rother); and his daughter Barbara Belille. He is survived by: his wife Marion; and his children, Matthew Belille (Rose), Gail Essen (Al) and Laurie Belille. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
