He was predeceased by: his parents, Vern Crosby and Thelma Crosby; his daughters, Wendy and Joni; and his sister Mary Swanson.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Tengwall; his sons, Daniel (Lek) and Matthew (Carole); his grandchildren, Jayme Reynolds, Michael, Kevin and David Crosby; his great grandchild Eleanor Reynolds; and his brother-in-law Lyle Swanson.
