Emily Elnar-Vanguardia, Emelda, Emiliano Jr. and Emmanuel (Ma Georgette Elnar); her nieces and nephews, Francis John Mari (Claire Elnar), Francis Norbert Mill (Sophie Elnar), Mark Chester (Dianne Elnar), Lyle John Jakosalem, Francis Karl Jakosalem, Genesis Gabriel (Johanna Elnar), Dr. Keren Keziah Vanguardia, Tevet Margaret Vanguardia, Danielle Veronica Vanguardia, Beth Marionne Jakosalem and Rhea Kristine Elnar; and her great-nephews, Francis Jyohan Christoff Elnar and Carlysle Elnar.
She graduated Bachelor of Science in Commerce, major in Economics at Foundation University in Dumaguete City, Philippines.
