He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Howard Sumption and Annie Sumption; his wife Arlene Stephenson; his daughter-in-law Carole; his granddaughter Florina "Lorin" Sumption; his children, Stephen Sumption (Carole) of Denver and Dianne Hubbell of Cambridge, Minnesota.; his grandchildren, Ashley and Adalynn Hubbell; his great grandchildren, Lilly and Trevelle; and his brother Russell Sumption (Mary Ann).
