With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elvera Mae Akers of Cambridge, Minnesota, born in Isanti, Minnesota, who passed away on July 22, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Aleck Peterson and Vera Peterson (Larson); her husband Frank Akers; her grandchildren, Danielle Akers and Jason Baker; and her siblings, Ann Marie Dee and Reuben Peterson.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Logan of Cambridge, Phyllis Baker (Sidney) of Cambridge, Patty Schleicher (Joris) of Cambridge, Tim Akers (Annette) of Cambridge and Bob Akers (Terri) of Cambridge. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
