He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Ziebarth and Alice Ziebarth (Peterson); his son Todd Ziebarth; his former wife Judy Ziebarth; and his siblings, Annabelle Akers, Dory Akers, Joan Ziebarth, Francis Ziebarth and Bernard Ziebarth.
He is survived by: his spouse Judy Slater of East Cambridge; his son Trent Ziebarth (Becky Gregoire) of Granite Falls; his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Benjamin Ziebarth, Ellie McCalla (Charles) and Gibson Stoffer; his siblings, Donald Ziebarth (Judy, Wellington), Jerry Ziebarth (Joyce), Larry Ziebarth, Joyce Mattson and Mary Mattson; and his sister-in-law Irene Ziebarth. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
