It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dennis H. Stanius of Cambridge, Minnesota, born in Princeton, Minnesota, who passed away on July 28, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Stanius and Olive Stanius (Hall); his siblings, LaVern Stanius (Ardelle), Margaret Nelson (Gerald), Joyce Willemsen (Russell), Norma Swanson (Bill), Maxine Johnston (Howard) and Dwaine Stanius (Betty); his brothers-in-law, Lester Lambert, Kenneth Englund and Donald; and his grandson-in-law Travis Ellenson.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Englund; his children, Michael, Karen Tingblad (Scott), Jodi Schusted (Sam), Holly Gislason (Corey), Mike Stanius (Michelle) and Peter Stanius; and his sisters, Jean Englund, Betty Lambert and Joann. He is also survived by Grams; 14 grandchildren and Kathleen; six great-grandchildren, as well as many other relatives and friends.
He then enjoyed his family and friends, did some traveling, dancing, and playing cards, especially cribbage with his buddies, Bob Stanius, Bob Peterson, and Dave Muyaert until Covid-19 canceled their weekly games.
