He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Bolen and Blanche Bolen (Carver); and his grandson Brandon Bolen (Lois). He is survived by: his sister Jenny Carruth of Corning, CA; his children, Barbara Olson of Frazee, Steve Bolen (Jacki) of Cambridge, Richard Bolen of Cambridge and Kelly Linaman (Todd) of Crystal; and his stepchildren, Scott Blomgren (Jennifer Becker) of St. Paul, Sue Carlson (Mitch) of Coon Rapids, Jana Amsrud (Kim) of Cambridge and Joel Blomgren (Belinda) of Blaine. He is also survived by four step grandchildren, three step great grandchildren, other family and friends.
