He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hall and Gerry Hall; and his wife Karen. He is survived by: his children, Jed (Dawn), Jeff (Joan), Dan (Kathy), David Jr. and Kelly. He is also survived by grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
