He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Collison and Rhoda Collison (Morrow); his wife Sharon Elaine Farr; his brother Dale; and his sister-in-law Linda Collison.
He is survived by: his brother Jerry Collison of Payson, AZ; his siblings-in-law, Patty and Jerry Anderson; and his nieces and nephews, Amy Maxfield (Mark), Mary Schoeneck (Mike), Mark Collison (Silvia), Dan Collison, Mark Anderson (Maggie), Deb Fredrickson (Mark), Carrie Knutson (Mark) and Matt Anderson (Mackenzie). He is also survived by many great nieces and nephews, other relatives, friends and caregivers.
