With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David A. Dahlquist of Cambridge, Minnesota, born in Braham, Minnesota, who passed away on February 23, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Dahlquist and Gertrude Dahlquist; his siblings, Majorie Parson, Jane Dahlquist and Richard Dahlquist; and his son-in-law Jonathan Mortrud.
He is survived by: his wife Ellie Dahlquist (Selberg); his sister Linda Dahlquist; his sister-in-law RuthAnn Noren; his children, Carrie Mortrud (Joe Hemberger), Sara Dahlquist and Aaron Dahlquist; and his granddaughter Josephine Mortrud. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers memorials be made to Alzhiemer's Association of Minnesota/North Dakota (https://www.alz.org); Prairie Senior Cottages in Isanti; Gentle Hands of Time in Cambridge; St. Croix Hospice.
