She is survived by: her children, Nick Kampa (Charlene) of Oak Grove, Jessica Blais (Adam) of Isanti and Jill Mattson (Ryan) of Isanti; her siblings, Janelle Kampa (Cambridge), Shannon Glenn (Joe) of Zimmerman, Joni Collins (Elk River), Jenna Storms (Travis) of Rice, Duane Collins (Pam) of Cedar, Richard Collins (Nancy) of Cedar and Troy Collins (Tanya Schleeter) of St. Cloud; and her grandchildren, Jennifer, Avery, Adilynn, Jacob, Lucas and Henry.
