She is survived by: her sons, Matthew Adamek (Sue) of North Branch and Shawn Adamek (Jutta) of Brainerd; her grandchildren, Yasmin, Devin, Faelynn, Castiel and Nathaniel; her great grandchildren, Henry, Charlotte and Kalob; her stepchildren, Michael Bazey (Val) and Cheryl Hankins of Grand Forks, ND; and her stepgranddaughters, Kate West and Natasha McKinzie (Michael). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
