She was predeceased by: her parents, Judith Martin and Stanley Plaskey. She is survived by: her granddaughter Tatum; her husband Shawn Heule; her children, Shawn Heule (Fallon Poff) and Nicholas Heule (Taylor); her grandchildren, Shawna and William; her siblings, Rhonda (Chris Kleinbeck), Rodney Martin (Jenny) and Travis Plaskey (Tracy); her stepfather Donald Martin (Judy Lindquist); and her godmother Twila Martin. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

“To Barbara's family As we celebrate her life we also have to say good bye to a beautiful soul. I have such a broken heart, I loved that girl so much She had an outstanding loving, fun personality. That girl had an abundance of enthusiasm. When she knew we would meet up or spend a wkend together she would get SO excited and giddy. She was such an amazing person full of life. It's such a loss for me and everyone that loved her. I am so devastated but I have the assurance that she's in Gods hands.”

“I am truly sorry for your loss. I will miss her bright personality that matched her bright lipstick. We worked together for 16 years and she made everyday so fun and her knowledge was mind blowing.
