She was predeceased by: her parents, John Chester and Meriel Belle Bilhorn (Payne); her husband Rev. Stanley Starr; her brothers, John Merlyn, Clement and James Bilhorn; and her sister-in-law Lois Bilhorn.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Starr (Steve Nielsen), Becky Starr (Sergio Miramontes), Stephen Starr, Carol Starr (Stafford Carpenter), Priscilla Starr (Ken Waller) and Janet Starr; her sisters-in-law, Marie Bilhorn and Ruth Bilhorn; and her friend Rev. Roger Davies. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren.
