Sophia Mae (Kristanoff) Nelson Obituary

Sophia Mae (Kristanoff) Nelson (Saint Paul, Minnesota), was born in Calumet, Minnesota and raised on the Iron Range. She attended Greenway Highway School in Coleraine, graduating in 1946. She moved to Minneapolis in 1947, then to California in 1949, returning to Minnesota in 1969. She went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on October 31, 2022, at the age of 95.. She was preceded in death by her son Kirk; also parents Dimitry and Myrtle Kristanoff, siblings George Kristanoff, James Kristanoff, Mary (Kristanoff) Blomfield and twin sister Sylvia (Kristanoff) Dade. She is survived by her sister Pauline (Kristanoff) Chinnock, daughter Donna Como, son Daryl, 2 grandsons and 8 great grandchildren. https://www.ohalloranmurphy.com
