It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gladys Mae Laager of Calumet, Minnesota, born in Mineral, Virginia, who passed away on August 15, 2023, at the age of 103, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hester and Janie Hester (Dickenson); her husband Lowell Laager; and her siblings, James Russell Hester, Willard Hester, Janie Ruth Hester, Mabel Kent and Lillian Anderson.
She is survived by: her son James Laager (Linda) of Lancaster, MN; her grandson Richard Laager (Ana); her great grandchildren, Clifford, Florence and Lowell; her granddaughter Alicia Warren (Justin); and her great grandchildren, Asher and Wrenley. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
