He was predeceased by: his parents, Arie Brooks and Helen Brooks (Schultz); his spouse Doris Johnson; his siblings, Raleigh, Donald, Walter, Gerald, Lucy and Leonard; and his son-in-law Tom Cieklinksi.
He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Mandy (Mike), Deborah L'Amie (Ron), Roberta Cieklinksi, Donald (Diane), James and Cathy; his stepdaughter Lynette Cogger (Bob); and his sister Emily Lovering. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren.
