He is survived by: his friend Emma King; his children, Sharon Hanks, Dawn Hanks and William "Billy" King; his sisters, Judy Thomas and Betty Red; his pet Thomas Hanks; his grandchildren, Nick Baker, Tayah King and Mya Copiskey; and his caregiver Shirley McGregor. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, including his special niece.
